Machine washable mat at 30°C, no spin cycle
Important care instructions:
Your mat is machine washable: Use a mild detergent and a cool wash cycle (no higher than 30°C). Do not use the spin cycle. Allow time for it to dry (do not use a tumble dryer or radiator).
Avoid wringing or using your mat before it is completely dry, as this may damage the surface. You can roll your mat with a terry towel and squeeze out the excess water to speed up the drying process.
You can also clean your yoga mat with a damp cloth.
