This product is suitable for nasal irrigation or daily sinus care when exposed to dusty or polluted environments. It is a good choice to help combat pollen allergies, relieve sinusitis, and relieve nasal polyps.

For a 300ml bottle, pour 2 to 3g of Fleur de Sel using the measuring spoon provided in the box and add sterilized warm water. Ensure the water temperature is approximately 37°C.
Adopt correct posture:
For example, start with the right nostril. Turn the bottle upside down so the white push button is facing upwards, and gently place the blue tip into the right nostril.
Relax, open your mouth slightly, and breathe (through your mouth). Do not hold your breath. The upper body should be leaning forward over the sink, look down and tilt your head slightly to the left side, then press the button located under the bottle and let the stream of water flow through the left nostril. When you decide to, release the button, turn the bottle upside down and place it on the edge of the sink. Place your right thumb over your right nostril and exhale forcefully enough (without hurting yourself) to expel the water through the left nostril. Take the bottle again, turn it over so the button is facing up and gently insert the nozzle into the left nostril and repeat the operation, this time expelling the water through the right nostril.

This nasal douche is valid for three years from the date of manufacture.
The box includes a bottle, a cap, and two nasal rinse tips (1 for adults, 1 for children).
Precautions for Use:
Press the button at the bottom of the bottle to release the water. Do not squeeze the bottle.
Do not use chemically treated or bleached water or salt. We recommend using natural, unrefined fleur de sel to benefit from its properties and richness in trace elements.
Children under 12 years of age should use this product under parental supervision. Do not use if one side of your nose is blocked or if you have an ear infection or other ear problems.
This is a personal care product and should not be shared with others. Wash the bottle thoroughly before and after use.
